This product is real wallpaper, which comes in smooth, linen and stucco textures, imported from Japan. It is UL aproved and meets all saftey standards and building codes for it's purpose. This product is a Class A Fire Retardant material, with oil based inks and cleans up with standard cleaning products.

Pricing for wallpaper will start about $6.50 per square foot and go up .
